- Hormones (PCOS, PMS, irregular periods, infertility, peri-menopause, menopause)
- Skin conditions
- Fatigue

- And more (book in for free 15 minute discovery call to find out if I can help you)
Her advice will be aimed at addressing any underlying imbalances and together you will agree a plan to encourage your body’s natural healing process. At the initial consultation She will go through your diet and health questionnaire, ask questions about all your body systems to get the full picture, then provide you with a personalised plan for you to put in place. You would then ideally meet again 4-6 weeks later for a follow-up to discuss progress and update the plan as necessary.

“It was such a relief to finally talk to someone who fully understood my symptoms and offer practical advice on ways to feel better. You are always thorough with questions and great at listening. I have recommended you to my friends.”, Anne, Edinburgh
“I have benefited in ways I never thought I could. I now don’t have any bloating, my swollen glands for 9 years aren’t swollen, my energy levels are so much better and so much more. I definitely recommend Becky for anyone needing help with nutrition.”, Lucie, Stirling
“I am very glad that I contacted Becky. Firstly, she is friendly and supportive, and you feel that she is really committed to finding a solution. She adopts a holistic approach to nutrition, health and wellbeing, focusing on the underlying cause as much as the immediate problem. Thanks to her, I am sleeping much better and have made real progress with my skin problems. Becky is someone you would want in your corner, with her expertise and natural empathy.”. Owen, April 2023
Becky’s Story
I suffered from IBS from a young age but not diagnosed until I was in my mid 20s. I tried the usual medication provided by my GP and tried avoiding certain foods which helped a little but not always, leaving me confused and frustrated. Once I found out that IBS could be caused and driven by anxiety it all started to make sense. Then my interest was sparked in how the gut is affected by different things.
Fulfilling a Dream
I found out about the College of Naturopathic Medicine’s (CNM) diploma course a few years before taking the plunge. It was after my dad passed away from cancer that I decided I wanted to get into naturopathic healthcare and learn more about food science. I chose CNM as they had the most clinic hours which I liked as I wanted to get out there and learn how to help people. The three year diploma was intense as I was juggling a full time job in consultancy. I studied in my lunch breaks and the evenings as I absolutely loved it! The first year was pure biomedicine (thankfully I had a science degree), then the second and third year focusing on the nutritional qualities of food and how these can help with pathologies (conditions).
I qualified in 2017, what a good summer that was! Spending three years studying nutrition was the best decision I have ever made. I absolutely love working with my clients to uncover the cause of their issues and get them started on their journey to better health and wellbeing.
