Is the clutter and mess in your home getting you down? Well we’re here to help!
As part of our Wellbeing Series of Workshops and Talks we have invited one of our awesome client’s Zoë Berry who is the Founder of LIFE / EDIT – Scotland’s leading decluttering and home organisation company.
Tidy house, tidy mind. It’s a phrase we all know well, but what’s the deeper meaning behind it? Research shows that having a neat, well-organised, and clean home plays an important role in mental health and general wellbeing.
This is where Zoë and her team come in. They pride themselves on transforming peoples lives by helping them fall back in love with their home. They can organise anything from a cupboard to an entire house and are passionate about the positive effects a well organised house has on peoples health and well-being.
Come along and hear, Zoë, owner of LIFE / EDIT talk about the real life stories behind the photographs you see on her social media.
You can also learn some tricks of the trade…and even share your decluttering and organising questions with her.
After this workshop you will be full of ideas to go home and tackle that messy cupboard or room of yours. Don’t be embarrassed, we all have them!!
