Trinity & Leith Chiropractic Customer Survey Results
During Summer last year we undertook a customer survey to assess patients’ experiences of our business.
We were delighted to report that 96% of our patients rated our service as Very Good or Excellent. Our friendly, efficient chiropractic assistants at reception were key in helping us achieve this rating.
89% of our patients rated our Chiropractor, Andrew Feltoe, as Excellent or Very Good. Patients felt very strongly that Andrew asks about their symptoms, how they’re feeling, puts them at their ease, explains their problems and treatment well and shows care and concern.
We love what we do and we’re so pleased that our patients feel that way as well. We are committed to giving the highest quality of service and chiropractic care and always encourage patient feedback. Thank you to everyone that took part in the survey.

- The survey was an online questionnaire developed by the Royal College of Chiropractors
- A total of 92 surveys were completed between July and September – 30 for Trinity and 62 for Leith.
